El Nido Island Hopping Tour B — Entalula Beach & Snake Island
About this tour
El Nido Tour B is the adventure-seeker's island hopping route, heading south through Bacuit Bay to discover a different set of breathtaking landscapes. The highlight that stops everyone in their tracks is Snake Island — not a reptile in sight, but an S-shaped sandbar that stretches across the bay like a white ribbon, only exposed at low tide. Walking its narrow spine with turquoise water on both sides is one of the Philippines' most surreal experiences.
The tour also visits Entalula Island, known for its powdery beach and exceptional snorkelling, and Cathedral Cave, a soaring sea cavern where shafts of light break through cracks in the limestone ceiling like a natural cathedral. Pinagbuyutan Island rounds off the day with giant monitor lizards basking on the beach and shallow coral reefs ideal for beginners.
Lunch is freshly prepared by the boat crew on a beach of the guide's choosing, typically at Entalula or Papaya Beach — both postcard-perfect settings. Tour B is slightly less crowded than Tour A and gives a completely different perspective on Bacuit Bay.

About the area
The southern islands of Bacuit Bay receive fewer visitors than the northern lagoon circuit, making Tour B feel more exclusive. Pinagbuyutan Island and Entalula are inside the core zone of El Nido Marine Reserve, where fishing and motorised water sports are prohibited — the result is pristine coral coverage exceeding 70% in some areas.
