Batangas is Metro Manila's closest sea escape — two hours south by expressway — and the beaches around Batangas City and Laiya have become the default beach day-trip for Manilenos who need sand and salt water without flying. The 1-hour rental gives you full control of a two-person or single-seat PWC (personal watercraft) on a designated safe-water area marked by buoys.
