South Cotabato is the highland province of SOCCSKSARGEN -- home to Lake Sebu and the T'boli indigenous people, the Seven Falls waterfalls and the T'nalak dreamweaving tradition. General Santos City, the tuna capital, is at the province's southern edge. The province grows much of the Philippines' asparagus, cut flowers and highland vegetables.
