Bukidnon is a cool highland province in the centre of Mindanao -- vast pineapple and sugarcane plantations, the Bukidnon Plateau grasslands and indigenous Talaandig cultural villages. Del Monte Philippines grows much of its pineapple here. The drive between Cagayan de Oro and Davao passes through Bukidnon's scenic mountain roads.
